Join the Creative Rebellion: Spark Instructor Team

Call for Photographers Who Know Phone Photography Kills Creativity

We’re building something revolutionary

Spark Adventure Photography Workshops is growing - and we need photographers who understand that convenience culture is destroying authentic art.

We're not your average photo workshop company. While others rush participants from Instagram spot to Instagram spot, we're leading a rebellion against phone photography addiction and meaningless content creation.

We help women transform from consumers back to intentional artists.

This Isn’t For Instagram Photographers

We're looking for instructors who get it:

  • Phone photography is creative death

  • Artists don't create masterpieces with convenience tools

  • Real art requires meaning, not algorithms

  • Women deserve patient, ego-free teaching spaces

  • Photography is still just three things: aperture, shutter, ISO

If you're tired of the Instagram-ification of photography education, keep reading.

Our Anti-Phone Photography Mission

Spark workshops exist to interrupt phone photography culture and inform women about the path back to creativity.

We guide women who:

  • Abandoned their cameras for phone convenience

  • Create meaningless content instead of meaningful art

  • Feel overwhelmed by tech industry manipulation

  • Are ready to choose authentic vision over viral content

Our workshops are screen-free creative rebellions where convenience photography goes to die.

Who We’re Seeking for Our Rebellion

You might lead our creative uprising if:

You're an experienced photographer in nature, macro, wildflowers, birds, mushrooms, wildlife, landscape, or cultural storytelling (etc.)

You have a warm, patient teaching style that takes the guesswork out - no ego, no intimidation

You're aligned with our anti-phone photography values and ethical storytelling principles

You're committed to women-first spaces and dismantling gender inequity in outdoor photography

You've led groups before and understand the difference between teaching gear vs. developing vision

You're excited to help women fall back in love with real cameras - not just convenient snapping

Most importantly: You understand that photography isn't about keeping up with trends, it's about slowing down and seeing authentically.

What We’re Planning for 2026

Weekend Creative Rebellions (Sat–Sun), starting Spring 2026:

  • Anti-algorithm workshops focused on authentic vision development

  • Themes include: Birds, fungi, macro, wildlife tracking, photo essays, cultural storytelling, and more

  • Small groups (max 8 participants) for intimate, judgment-free learning

  • Ontario locations (with potential for national/global expansion)

  • Repeat teaching opportunities for aligned instructors

No co-design needed. You'll deliver workshops infused with our phone photography rebellion philosophy—helping women reconnect with their abandoned cameras and create art, not content.
